So much joy! By the end of July, the whole team of the Fundacion Minadores de Sueños was cheering since we had achieved the goals we had set for the school year 2021-2022. We therefore would like to share our happiness with everyone. It was a very special year.

In the beginning of the term, we started with virtual teaching. All the kids and teenagers subscribed at the Fundacion had the great opportunity to take part in the classes in our own rooms. This was a solid basis that made us optimistic. The children all got a personal education, following the syllabus, and considering their individual abilities and needs. All of them have ended the year successfully. 

Thanks to all the things they have learned, after two years they had no problems to return to the public schools. 

In the first and second year of elementary school, the children had not yet experienced face to face-classes. At the Fundacion, for the first time in their lives, they could attend a school, they had a teacher, they got to know classmates they also could share some leisure time with. 

In February, the children and teenagers returned safely to their schools for the second school year, having achieved solid basic as well as academical knowledge according to their age.

It was a challenge to find the right balance between teaching and securing health. But the children were taught to act responsible themselves and to comply with the requirements. 

At the end of the school year there was a joyful graduation party for everyone.

Our children and teenagers are the reason we care so much for the Fundacion. They are the future that becomes the present. Their welfare is our main goal and therefore we look forward to new challenges and targets in the new school year 2022-2023.
